Biomarker has become a buzz word in both the pharmaceuticals and diagnostics sectors within the last few years, with promising results in pharmacogenomics studies and molecular diagnostics; and especially in the field of drug-diagnostic co-development where it�fs potential in companion diagnostics have been fuelling the ultimate promise of a future towards personalised healthcare.

BDT2011 presented a platform for insightful discussions on the values of integrating biomarker knowledge into molecular diagnostics and clinical drug development.
